Trim wicks to 6mm before each use. If wicks are too long you may experience mushrooming. To prevent tunneling and create a candle memory ensure your candle melts all the way to the edge of the glass. Avoid draughty areas, flammable material, children and pets. Never leave unattended. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

We use Australia Post for shipping and ensure all items are packed protected and sent with the best intensions for a safe arrival. If an unfortunate event occurs, please take photos of the damaged items and contact us to enable an investigation and a fair resolution can be found.

If your candle sweats during warm-weather shipping, it is considered normal. Simply use a tissue to dab and remove any excess fragrance. Your candle will perform as intended.
